My therapy services for women who have experienced pregnancy loss are designed to offer compassionate and specialized support during this heavy experience. I provide a safe and empathetic space where women can process their grief, navigate complex emotions, and find healing at their own pace. I am trained in trauma-informed care, helping women work through feelings of guilt, sadness, and isolation that often accompany pregnancy loss. I also offer support in rebuilding self-compassion and finding meaning after loss, while recognizing the unique emotional and physical impacts on each woman. Through individual and group therapy, I aim to help women find strength, connection, and hope for the future. I promise to never tell you that everything happens for a reason or that “at least you’re still young!”
